I ordered a bowl with rice and orange chicken, specifically asking for more orange chicken since they usually put such a little amount. It seems the short blonde woman who packed my food considered my request and decided to do the opposite, only giving me even less chicken. What's more, this is not her first offense. Also, they didn't give me any plasticware or even a fortune cookie. I don't even know why I'm writing this review, because no one at this Panda Express checks or responds to customer input. It's not worth the money.
Not a smile or a "HI" to be found from anyone who waited on me. I ordered honey walnut shrimp, mushroom chicken, and the greens. Got back to my office, and the kale was brown, mushy, and smelly. I couldn't eat it. I got 6 small shrimp for the extra $2.80 they charged me and half a scoop of chicken. Do better.
I noticed that a blonde woman (not tall) with glasses gives noticeably smaller portions to Chinese customers compared to others. This felt unfair and concerning. This happened to me many times. I paid $10.5 to get the bowl in the picture. I hope Panda can ensure equal treatment for all customers.
